Returns & exchange
If a piece is not right, we take it back. That is how the counter has worked for 79 years, and the website works the same way.
The 7-day promise
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery that you want to return or exchange.
- The piece should be unworn, unwashed and in its original fold, with any tags still attached.
- Fall-stitched, blouse-stitched or otherwise altered pieces cannot be returned — alteration makes it yours.
How to do it
- Call the shop with your order number (like TH-1042) and tell us what went wrong. That is the whole process.
- Within most of India we arrange a courier pickup at no charge. Where pickup is not available, ship it to the shop and we add the postage to your refund.
- International returns are accepted on the same 7-day terms; return postage is borne by the customer.
Refunds
- Exchanges ship as soon as the original piece reaches us and is checked.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, within 5 to 7 working days of the piece reaching the counter. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
