What does delivery cost, and how fast is it?
Free in Delhi NCR, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm. Across India it is ₹100 flat and free over ₹2,000, reaching metros in 2 to 5 working days and everywhere else in 5 to 8. Orders over ₹20,000 ship free worldwide.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in India on orders up to ₹3,000. UPI, cards and net banking are also accepted.
What if a piece is not right when it arrives?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we exchange it or refund you in full. The piece should be unworn, unwashed and in its original fold. We arrange courier pickup in most of India.
How do I return something?
Call the shop on +91 11 2374 5755 with your order number, like TH-1042. That is the whole process; we handle the rest.
Are the colours on screen accurate?
Close, never perfect. Handloom dye lots vary a little, and screens vary more. The product page describes each piece honestly, and the 7-day return covers you if the shade is not what you hoped.
Do you stitch blouses or do fall-and-edging?
Not for online orders yet. Sarees ship as woven, with the blouse piece where the listing mentions one. Your local tailor can stitch it exactly to your fit.
How should I wash and store my saree or shawl?

Do you ship outside India?
Yes, worldwide. The USA, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia have set rates, and everywhere else is a flat ₹5,500. You are charged in Indian Rupees; customs duty at the destination, if any, is the customer responsibility.
Is there a physical shop I can visit?
Always. 14A Regal Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 — open every day, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. The same family has been behind the counter since 1947.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we send tracking details to your phone and email. For anything else, call the shop with your order number and a person answers.
