Privacy & cookies
We have never advertised, and we keep tracking to a minimum. This page says plainly what we collect and why — it is a short list.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. We use these to pack, send and support your order, and for nothing else.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay, a regulated Indian payment processor. Your card or UPI details go to them directly; we never see or store them.
What stays in your browser
Your bag, and your choices of delivery area, display currency and language, are saved in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device until you place an order.
How we measure the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages people visit and roughly where they come from — so we can make it better. It does not tell us who you are, and we never use it for advertising. You can opt out with your browser's privacy controls or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets a small cookie to count visits. Beyond that, the only cookie on this site is a sign-in cookie for shop staff in the admin area. We set no advertising cookies.
What we never do
- No selling or sharing of your details with anyone.
- No marketing messages you did not ask for.
- No advertising networks or retargeting pixels — the only outside service that sees usage is Google Analytics, in aggregate.
Your choices
Want your order details corrected or deleted after your order is complete? Call the shop or write to the address on the order, and we will do it. We keep order records only as long as tax law requires.
